2023 brings more PCS Championship series Pole Fitness to the Arnold Sports Festival!

This year, we took some time to visit and cover the amateur Pole fitness events. There was a fantastic display of athletes.

Switching between both poles, the dance and floor routines were energetic and entertaining. We have always been a great fan of the sport, even from the first days that it was brought to the Arnold.
