Franklinton is always a favorite place for us. Never fail, upon the return there – it seems that there is something new.

It has been a while since we have been in that area, so there was quite a bit different. Standing out the most was the Say Their Names Memorial.

The text on the banner reads:

recognizes Black lives wrongfully taken by injustice, racism and police brutality.

This is a living memorial; please help us spread awareness and honor the lives of those taken too soon.
